The castle was built in 1583.

It was built by Hideyoshi Toyotomi.

The area is 400 hectares.
Stone walls are 24m from the surface of the water.

Thecastle corresponds to the building of ten stories.
Some big surprisingly stones are used for the Osaka castle.
A lower right stone is a stone of a Osaka maximum castle.
It is 130 tons.
The present castle was rebuilt by contribution of a citizen .
The contribution of a citizen has about 60 billion yen value with the present money.
The castle was completed by ferro-concrete structure in 1931.
The castle was specified as the cultural property of a country in 1997.
